Episode Overview

Four ambitious chefs are determined to catch the attention of judges Maneet Chauhan, Scott Conant, and Chris Santos, who are on the hunt for the ideal sous-chef. In this fourth preliminary round of the tournament, the chefs dive into the appetizer basket, discovering a unique seafood item that Scott is quite familiar with. As they advance to the entree round, confidence builds while they incorporate Asian street food and a sweet soda into their dishes. In the dessert round, Maneet is excited to see how they utilize one of her favorite ingredients. If they can master the flavors, they could win her approval.
