Four chefs with a profound appreciation for Korean cuisine go head-to-head to create a dish worthy of a champion. In the initial round of this "Seoul searching" challenge, they must innovate using canned fish and a citrus compote. The entrée round features two beloved Korean proteins as key ingredients.
