Episode Overview

A group of former committee members from the Brokenwood Golf Club has assembled for their usual Wednesday morning game. As they take their shots at the first green, a staggering, zombie-like figure emerges from the early morning mist, approaching them. It takes a moment for the golfers to recognize her as Adele Stone, the club owner, her face flushed and blistered, struggling to breathe. Suddenly, she collapses into a nearby bunker. When they reach her, it’s clear that Ms. Stone is dead. Mike and Kristin are summoned to look into what seems to be a case of poisoning.
