Following the tragic death of Joe Hardy's fiancée due to a hit-and-run accident, the FBI intervenes and prevents the police from apprehending the suspect until they complete their investigation. Frustrated with the slow progress, Joe decides to take matters into his own hands. He goes undercover, posing as a wealthy gambler with ties to the criminal world to uncover the truth and seek justice for his fiancée.
