Episode Overview

As the Prince's Lecturer issues the command to execute Duk Im, San rushes in just in time to intervene. The Lecturer pleads for mercy, insisting he was wrong, and San decides to overlook the incident for the moment. It’s the day of the coming-of-age ceremony for the court maids, and Duk Im is eager to partake in the festivities. Unfortunately, the Queen's presence casts a shadow over the celebrations, making the day less enjoyable for both San and Duk Im.
