In autumn 2001, Kevin Mannis, an antiques dealer from Portland, OR, stumbled upon an estate sale where he purchased a seemingly ordinary wine box. Shortly after bringing it home, he found himself plagued by bizarre and frightening supernatural events. Convinced the box was the source of his misfortune, Kevin decided to sell it online. This led the box to Jason Haxton, a Museum Director in the Midwest, who soon experienced the same haunting phenomena. Determined to uncover its secrets, Jason delved into a chilling investigation involving séances and the occult, ultimately unearthing a disturbing link to a past séance that unleashed malevolent forces tied to the horrors of WWII.
