While participating in driver's ed training, Jake, Hayley, and Mr. Stockley receive an urgent distress signal from another Troop team. In a moment of spontaneity, Jake and Hayley share a kiss. At the same time, Kirby campaigns for the position of Green Czar, with Cadence stepping in to support him as he competes against Mazie (Ashley Argota) for the win.
