Vinnie has been in seclusion in his marijuana shed, having staged his own demise to evade the wrath of gangster Terrance McCann. Meanwhile, Tommo and Erin are in desperate need of his assistance and attempt to coax him out with a tempting business idea. Alongside their friends, they devise a plan to heist a traveling circus. With the aid of a disgruntled clown named Mr. Popov, the crew hopes to pull off the robbery with resounding success.
