Harry Jones, a slick conman posing as an old acquaintance, approaches Jed with an unbelievable offer. He claims he can sell him Griffith Park, the Hollywood Bowl, and even the freeway, all at a "bargain" price. The millionaire finds himself drawn into this outrageous scheme, unaware of the deception lurking beneath the surface.
