Granny makes the decision to open a boarding house. The Clampetts hang up signs inviting potential boarders and promoting their services. Meanwhile, Arthur Pinckney, the new butler for the Drysdales, mistakenly assumes the signs are a warm invitation for him. Believing he’s the intended guest, he heads over to the Clampett mansion.
