Episode Overview

Granny is missing the snow from her hometown of Bugtussle and longs to go back. Mr. Drysdale, eager to keep them from leaving, cranks up the mansion's air-conditioning and rents a snow machine from a film studio to create a fake snowstorm at the Clampetts’ home. He convinces them to stay indoors, promising that he and Miss Jane will deliver their meals. However, Elly ventures outside and discovers a stuffed wolf, thinking it's frozen solid. Jethro, craving snow ice cream, heads outside with a bowl and spoon. Jed soon realizes the truth when he steps out into the warmth. Mr. Drysdale admits his scheme, and when Granny offers him some snow ice cream, they rush out.
