Episode Overview
Mr. Drysdale is lamenting the $10,000,000 check that Jed wrote to Faversham for the castle's back taxes. Meanwhile, Jethro ignites a 'war of the roses' after chasing a dragon through their neighbor's rose garden. Feeling cheated out of his inheritance because Jed refuses to confront their neighbor, Jethro dons a Robin Hood costume, prompting the Clampetts to head to Beverly Hills. Upon returning, Jethro, Elly, and Bessy the chimp decide to camp out in Griffith Park, planning to rob the wealthy and assist the needy. A hippie and his girlfriend join Jethro's band, while Jed, Granny, and Miss Jane venture to Griffith Park in search of Jethro, as the hippie expresses interest in trying Granny's smoked crawdads.
