Episode Overview

While Granny is away in Hooterville, Jethro decides to hire an Italian chef to handle their meals. At Drucker’s store, Granny excitedly shares how she used her tonic on Steve and Betty Jo's baby after finding Boy, the family dog, in the crib wearing a bonnet. She believes her tonic transformed the dog into the baby, and when she finally sees the infant, she thinks her remedy worked wonders! Sam Drucker arrives at the Shady Rest with a telegram from Jethro, claiming the family is starving and missing her. Determined to return, Granny rides a horse, drives a motorcycle, flies to Beverly Hills, and parachutes down, only to find the Italian cook feeding the Clampetts. Infuriated, she chases after Jethro for sending that fake telegram!
