Episode Overview

Eager to maximize his productivity, Cyborg decides to implant a cutting-edge Max-7 chip in his head, boosting his abilities and enabling him to work at incredible speeds. However, chaos ensues when Billy Numerous, the self-replicating troublemaker, begins to swipe everything in the city. Even with the enhancements from the Max-7 chip, Cyborg finds that halting Billy’s thefts might be more challenging than he anticipated.
