As the Titans are sent out on missions worldwide, the HIVE FIVE believes they're in for an easy ride. However, their city-wide crime spree takes an unexpected turn when a new hero arrives to disrupt their plans. While turning him over to the BROTHERHOOD OF EVIL could earn the Hive Five some recognition, actually capturing this incredibly swift hero proves to be a far more challenging task than they anticipated.
