While waiting for his package to arrive in a Toronto parking lot, Frank experiences a string of bizarre coincidences. It becomes clear to him that he has been set up when the police arrest him for a crime he didn’t commit. His time in jail is part of a plan to smuggle a highly coveted item out from behind bars: the hand of a recently murdered mob boss.
