Dave is thrilled to be building a relationship with his dad, Tom, even though Julie is wary of her newly paroled father-in-law. She worries that Tom may still be up to his old tricks. Meanwhile, there's a rift brewing next door as Carbo feels left out after not being invited to join Nathan's new car spares venture. At the same time, Jake and Coby are taken aback by Alex's unexpected return from New Zealand. Alex is secretive about his time abroad, leaving Jake curious about what really went down while he was away.
