Episode Overview

During another one of her dreaded visits, Red's mother, Bernice, manages to create chaos and tension within the family. Frustrated, Eric, while driving his grandmother home, bluntly expresses that it wouldn’t hurt her to show some kindness. Shockingly, Bernice suddenly passes away, leading Eric to believe he's somehow responsible for her death. The entire Forman family, including Laurie and Red's brother Marty, gathers for the funeral, while Eric seeks solace in a bar, drowning his sorrows with his friends.
