Episode Overview

On Veteran's Day, the Formans are preparing for their traditional barbecue following the town parade. However, Bob, who served in the National Guard without any combat experience, unexpectedly decides to host his own competing barbecue. In an effort to provoke jealousy, Jackie brings a date to the Formans’ gathering, despite Hyde's clear disinterest. This strategy ultimately leads Hyde to confront his deeper feelings for Jackie, leaving him shaken by the revelation of his emotions.
