After a dental visit, Kitty and Eric head to the Hub, where they spot a tipsy Donna cutting class with Casey. Bob and Joanne are unable to control Donna, prompting a frustrated Red to step in while onlookers observe the scene. Meanwhile, Jackie proposes that Kelso should kiss another girl to mend their relationship. Elsewhere, Hyde and Fez grapple with the dilemma of what to do with a stash of dead fish they’ve acquired through theft.
