Each character heads to the job fair for their own motives. With Red cutting off his college funds, Eric is desperate for a steady job. Meanwhile, Hyde is on the hunt for employment since the Photo Hut has shut down. Fez's main goal is to steal a kiss from Nina at the DMV booth, while "Hot Donna" is set to sign autographs at the radio station’s stand. After unsuccessfully trying to charm his way out of a parking fine, Kelso worries that he may lose his looks and be forced to settle for a mundane job like others deemed less attractive.
