On his inaugural day as a police cadet, Kelso enjoys the thrill of patrolling in a police cruiser alongside an officer. His first call takes him to the Forman residence, where he intervenes in a heated argument between Fez and Laurie about her romantic escapades. Fez, infuriated by the incident, seizes an opportunity for payback when Kelso leaves the cruiser unattended. Meanwhile, Eric strives to impress Red by tackling home repairs, including the water pipes and lawn mower, while Jackie signs up for a Big Sister program at her school.
