Episode Overview

Amity Park faces a severe drought, prompting Mayor Vlad to unleash Vortex, the ghost of weather, in hopes of bringing rain and boosting his popularity. However, when Vlad betrays Vortex, the ghost retaliates by summoning a massive storm that endangers the town. Danny Phantom swoops in to save the day but is struck by a lightning bolt. Upon regaining consciousness, he realizes that his feelings have become inexplicably linked to the weather, complicating his efforts to control the chaotic situation.
