As the Dome's calcification speeds up, Chester's Mill faces a dire situation with only 24 hours left before the barrier collapses and suffocates everyone trapped inside. This looming deadline intensifies Joe's desperation to dismantle the Dome. Meanwhile, Barbie and Julia are in a frantic race to rescue his child from The Kinship. At the same time, Big Jim struggles to control the increasingly unpredictable Hektor, who is determined that no infected townspeople will be allowed to leave the Dome.
