Episode Overview

Donna, Kimble's sister, reaches out to him with promising news regarding his case: a letter from James Eckhardt, a former U.S. Army captain who witnessed the one-armed man escaping from their home on the night of Helen's murder. Kimble meets with Eckhardt, who agrees to assist him in proving his innocence. Eckhardt's account appears strong enough to exonerate Kimble. However, unbeknownst to them, a convict serving time for drug offenses steps forward, claiming he supplied Eckhardt with heroin for a war injury, casting serious doubt on Eckhardt's credibility and jeopardizing Kimble’s chance at freedom.
