Sister Vicky faces the challenge of a doctor shortage combined with a surge of walk-in patients, pushing her to rely on her extensive experience to manage the hectic shift. Seventy-year-old Fred is rushed in after a significant fall at home and, due to the lack of available doctors, is sent directly for an urgent x-ray. Following the procedure, he is placed under the care of Dr. Tom Hawthorne for further treatment.
