Overview
Sato's existence has spiraled into a chaotic blend of paranoia and social dread. He's frightened of stepping outside, living in a cluttered apartment filled with take-out containers, and his eyes have been damaged from endless hours spent on explicit websites. But perhaps he’s not entirely to blame; the sinister N.H.K. is lurking, aiming to transform society's outcasts into a mindless, despondent group of recluses. Then there's Misaki, an enigmatic girl from next door who might be Sato's last hope for confronting his fears and experiencing the outside world. Eager to help him tackle his overwhelming anxieties, Sato, however, prefers hiding in his self-imposed isolation, fixated on developing a demo for his virtual sex game. While he dreads reality, Misaki is oddly determined to assist a stranger. Together, could they find a way to become “normal”?
