Jim and Tressa face the possibility of being forced out of the swamp when a lawyer presents them with an eviction notice tied to Tressa's deceased mother’s will. Unbeknownst to them, the lawyer is secretly working with Dr. Arcane. At the same time, Tressa's mother’s spirit leads her to the swamp, hinting that the truth they seek is hidden there.
