Abigail, a teenage synthetic human, makes a daring escape from Dr. Woodroe’s lab just as it erupts in flames. As she runs through the streets, Will spots her and decides to help. At the same time, a baby is carried off by the flooding waters of the swamp caused by the explosion, finding refuge in the embrace of the Swamp Thing.
