As Conrad and Nic hurry to assist Josh Robinson, an adventure guide with a history of injuries, Devon treats a musician claiming sobriety, despite toxicology results indicating otherwise. Meanwhile, Bell creates tension when Dr. Kit Voss, the hospital's esteemed orthopedic surgeon, requests a more competent resident. In response, Julian tries to win her favor with Bell, while Winthrop persistently urges Conrad to accept that he has turned over a new leaf.
