After a fierce storm leads to a catastrophic helicopter crash, the ER becomes inundated with patients. Conrad, Devon, and the rest of the medical team at Chastain spring into action, working tirelessly to care for those injured, including the helicopter pilot, a local barista, and none other than Governor Mark Betz, who is often the bane of their existence.
