When Catherine’s father remarries, the bride and her bridesmaids take it upon themselves to find a date for Cat. Feeling uneasy about the matchmaking, she hesitantly reveals to Vincent that she’s seeing someone, secretly wishing he could be her date instead. At the wedding reception, Cat discovers that Evan has received a research grant to investigate the mutant DNA cells found at crime scenes. As she shares Evan’s theory about these cells evolving to become more animalistic, she faces an unexpected twist that could alter her relationship with Vincent.
