Episode Overview

In a community initiative to assist endangered sea turtle hatchlings in reaching the ocean, a campaign called "Black Out of the Beach" has been launched to encourage the turning off of shore lights during hatching season. However, this effort has coincided with a series of thefts occurring in the now-darkened homes. To prevent the town from disbanding the volunteer group, Shelby must swiftly track down the culprit behind the burglaries.
