The children of a man who recently passed away in prison are set on avenging their father's death by targeting the judge who sentenced him. The rookie officers are tasked with protecting the judge while also tracking down the would-be assailants. When Terry intervenes and thwarts their attempts, he inadvertently becomes their next target.
