After Terry helps deliver a baby, the rookies form a bond with the child's mother, who happens to be the girlfriend of a robber. This connection puts Terry in the crosshairs of the criminal, making him a target. To protect her and prevent her from facing charges for the robbery, the rookies must race against time to apprehend the thief.
