Episode Overview

Maddie returns but finds herself clashing with Nia, while Esteban and Patrick are also at odds, creating tension among the entire staff. To mend these relationships, Mr. Moseby brings in an expert to facilitate teamwork. Meanwhile, after Zack inadvertently drives away some guests, he and Cody decide to host a bug convention at the Tipton to redeem themselves in Mr. Moseby's eyes. However, during the event, Zack’s phobia of insects leads to an unexpected disaster when he accidentally sets the bugs loose in the hotel.
