After Homer doesn't deliver on a financial promise he made over the phone, he’s pressured by PBS celebrities to escape the country. He ends up on a remote tropical island, where he takes on the role of a missionary. Instead of spreading traditional teachings, he introduces the local inhabitants to the world of casino gambling.
