After Apu and Manjula have octuplets as a result of excessive fertility treatments, they find themselves in a financial bind. In a moment of desperation, Apu decides to rent the babies out to a shady carnival promoter. Realizing the mistake he's made, he seeks Homer’s assistance to reclaim his children and restore their family.
