Lisa attempts to blend in with two college students by pretending to be older than she actually is. She quickly realizes that the college life suits her well, but her deception is soon uncovered, leading her elementary school peers to ostracize her. Meanwhile, Bart learns he has a compromised immune system after being bitten by a mosquito from China, forcing him to live inside a plastic bubble to protect him from germs.
