Episode Overview
After witnessing the police's incompetence during a blackout, Homer teams up with Lenny and Carl to launch a security firm. Impressed by their performance, Mayor Quimby chooses them to take over the police's duties. Homer discovers he has a knack for this new role, but things take a dangerous turn when he crosses paths with mob boss Fat Tony, who ominously threatens Homer's life if he doesn’t leave the area.
