Episode Overview
The Simpsons purchase a satellite TV, and Bart becomes so engrossed in watching it that he neglects his studies for a crucial achievement test. As a result, he fails miserably and is held back to third grade, while Lisa excels and is promoted to the same grade. This leads to a competitive rivalry between the siblings. On a field trip to Capital City, they end up lost and must rely on one another to reunite with their classmates.
