Episode Overview
The family goes to see "Stab-A-Lot: The Itchy and Scratchy Musical." The musical's director, an alum of Springfield Elementary, faces awkward remarks from Principal Skinner, who makes sexist comments about her education and women's roles. His attempts to rectify the situation only worsen it, ultimately leading to his dismissal and the appointment of Melanie Upfoot, a Women's Educational Expert. She promptly separates the school into boys and girls. Lisa is frustrated with the girls' math curriculum, so she disguises herself as Jake Boyman to join the boys' side, where she discovers that while the math is more engaging, navigating life as a boy proves to be an even tougher challenge.
