Bart finds himself in a coma after trying to leap from the roof into the swimming pool at Spinster Arms Apartments. Meanwhile, at a hunting event at Burns Manor, Homer becomes frantic, mistaking the hunting party for the actual game. Additionally, after losing a Halloween costume contest to Dr. Hibbert, who dressed as Dracula, the residents of Springfield are cursed by a genuine witch's spell.
