Episode Overview

Principal Skinner has had enough of Bart's antics and tells him he’s not the top prankster around. Instead, he mentions a former student, Andy Hamilton, who’s considered the ultimate prankster. Determined to prove himself, Bart embarks on a quest to locate Andy. To his surprise, he discovers that Andy is a 19-year-old who is still actively pranking. The two quickly bond over their shared love for mischief and become good friends.
