Episode Overview

Principal Skinner assures the students that the most well-behaved ones will earn a chance to ride in a submarine. He wipes the slate clean for everyone, leading Bart to think that his previous mischief will be overlooked if he stays out of trouble. At the same time, Lisa steps in to assist a financially struggling Krusty, proposing that he sell the international rights to his shows as a way to improve his situation.
