Homer grows frustrated with the experience of movie theaters, prompting Bart to show him how to illegally download films. Excited by the prospect of watching free movies, Homer revels in his new find until he faces the consequences of piracy. Deputy Director Gratman, the head of the FBI's anti-piracy division, is assigned to track down Homer, who finds himself in hot water for downloading a movie without permission.
