Chief Wiggum receives a military jet pack by mistake and eagerly takes to the skies to combat crime. However, when the jet pack malfunctions and crashes into the church, Marge and the congregation are left with a hefty repair bill. In a desperate bid to raise funds, they turn to gambling and start counting cards to gather the money needed to fix the damage.
