Episode Overview

With the Headmaster's position about to open up, Brendan believes he’s in prime position for the role. However, he quickly pulls his name from consideration upon discovering that a Christian Brother is among the candidates, especially with Father Mac on the Board, making it seem like the Brother is a shoo-in. When Sean reminds him that the Brother would end up being his superior, Brendan reconsiders and decides to pursue the position after a period of intense studying and anxiety, ultimately succeeding. Meanwhile, Paul creates chaos for Oonagh by attempting to "recycle" bar leftovers, bringing in a paying guest despite the lack of accommodations, and pressuring Orla into a brief resignation. Emma assists Danny with the birth of his piglets, while also enduring Danny's overly protective behavior throughout the process.
