In the charming town of Bethany Beach, Delaware, a couple with strong ties to the area sets out to purchase a vintage beach cottage just a short stroll from the ocean. Although the location is ideal, the home's interior suffers from structural issues and an impractical layout, posing challenges for the retired ship captain and his spouse. Marnie and her team are brought in to revitalize the space, striving to preserve the cottage's unique character while infusing it with a nautical vibe that transforms it into a seaside haven.
