Episode Overview

Carl is skeptical of Eddie's claim that he was stopped for speeding simply because he was a Black man in a predominantly white area, until the heavyset officer uncovers a disturbing reality. Meanwhile, Urkel reassures Richie that there's no reason to be afraid of the dentist. However, Urkel quickly changes his tune when he discovers he has cavities that require treatment himself.
